Daniel Spiteri has been involved in Project Management since 1996 and has extensive development experience.

In addition to large scale land development, Daniel has mangaged multi million dollar projects. Having completed studies in Business, Marketing and Accountancy.

Daniel's experience and understanding reinforces the Charles Lloyd Property Group's success to date and in the future.


helen bevacqua

Helen Bevacqua was involved in the finance industry for 13years having begun as the receptionist and then progressed to the Executive Assistant for the Managing Partner.

Helen then changed path and began her career in the Property Industry in Queensland and then to Melbourne which she has now been in for the past 11years.

Helen brings with her a wealth of knowledge from accounting, marketing, customer service, sales, contract administration and office management.


John De Kever

John De Kever attented Melbourne University and obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree. After graduation, John worked in the U.K for two years and travelled extensively in Europe.

In 1994, John established John.C Dekever and Associates in Boronia and it grew to become one of the largest Conveyancing Practices in Victoria.

Retiring in 2002, John remained a Consultant to that firm. John has acted for many developers and builders and brings nearly 40years of experience to Charles Lloyd as in house Counsel.


brad dring

Brad Dring succesfully completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2002 majoring  in accounting and finance at Deakin University.

Since Obtaining his degree he has extensive experience working in public practice accounting. During this time Brad also attained CPA status as a qualified accountant.

Brad will undertake the role as Financial Controller at Charles Lloyd Property Group where he will be managing the day to day financial position of the group.
