Franco has been in the building industry since the 1980's when he indentified a shortage in affordable residential land. Since this Franco has turned his mind and expertise to buying and developing residential land projects.

Franco has since grown a successfull business that is forcused on providing residential projects with a range of added value. By creating neighbourhood centres, childcare centres and, by always positioning projects where other community facilities are available, Franco has successfully developed many residential land projects.

tony bevacqua

Tony completed his studies in 2000 and has held roles in both Sales and Marketing and Business Development. Since joining the Charles Lloyd Property Group Tony has gained experience in planning, marketing, feasibility studies and project management. Tony is an Associate Director of the Group and his key responsibilities include Project Management, broad acre acquisitions, marketing and financing.
