The Charles Lloyd Property Group is a family run business. Director Franco Bavacqua, has over 30years experience in property development working across many projects. Franco's son Tony Bevacqua joined the group in 2003 and brought with him extensive sales and marketing experience. Daniel Spiteri has been involved in Project Management since 1996 and has specialized in high rise development. The Charles LLoyd Property group has completed and is currently developing projects throughout Australia including residential, commercial and office, retail and child care sites.
